Quilting Question

Many of the blogs I read have a list of completed projects or flickr groups of finished quilts etc.  Some post when the quilt top is completed.  Some post when the quilt has been quilted and bound.

So my question is, when is a quilt at a point where it can be added to the completed list?  Once the top is sewn?  Or not until it can actually be used as a quilt?

Thoughts?

Since I am a machine quilter, I don't consider mine done until they are quilted and bound. However, if you don't actually quilt the quilt, I think it only fair to consider it done when you are done piecing it. Sound good to you?

IMO a quilt is done when the binding is finished.
